From the rural countryside to the city life of urban America, it is what can be found in today's fashion in the Upper Midwest. At a fashion photo shoot and runway show event held in beautiful downtown Fargo, North Dakota, attracting large crowds of on lookers, several local retailers came together to have a fun fashion day for its citizens, while stimulating business with a look at today's new styles for women.

On a cool, crisp, sunny day that the long sweater look has returned. They create that cozy, warm feeling that will make your time outdoors or indoors comfortable. A variety of new lengths this year give you a wide choice of looks. They are being shown mostly with slacks and leggings and either a short boot or a boot heel. Shorter women may trend toward the shorter styles, while taller women can take advantage of their height by wearing the longer, below the knee style.

The evening event was runway and the eyes of the attendees were there to behold the beauty of evening style.  Strapless, one-shoulder, beads, sequins, all on a beautiful array of spring colors. The shoes are strappy and sexy and come in styles that are from flats to the highest heel. Also, the very narrow is back, gone is the day of the wide, clunky heel. This year, should a fun people-watching experience, as well as a fun fashion experience for shoppers.
