Grand Forks, ND – Tesla opened up for Poison at the Alerus Center for the XXX tour.  Thousands of fans packed the arena to embrace the first tour in five years of all four original Poison members.  Both bands, Tesla and Poison were popular in the 1980’s and they proved their energy and talent remained strong as fans stood the whole evening and rock ‘n’ rolled to the music.

Poison is an American rock band that has sold over 50 million records worldwide with 15 million records in the United States alone.  Bret Michaels, lead singer of Poison asked the crowd to be fully engaged as a recording was being made to share with the military. Poison sang, “Something to Believe In” as the performance and fans were being recorded.  The four original members of Poison performed; Bret Michaels, Bobby Dall, Rikki Rockett and C.C. DeVille.  Tesla is celebrating 30 years of music and has sold over 25 million records.
