Bismarck, ND – Donald Trump closed out the Williston Basin Petroleum Conference at a fully packed Bismarck Event Center with more than 7,500 devoted supporters embracing his message on energy, environment and second amendment.  Earlier Trump held a press conference with North Dakota delegates standing behind him and thanked them for placing him over the top to secure the Republican nominee.  “Today we hit the 1,237 delegates ……North Dakota, you brought us over the line” Trump said.

Donald Trump said he was in favor of the Keystone XL pipeline and would approve if elected causing a reversal of President Barack Obama.  Trump said he would push to make American energy independent and stated “imagine a world that the cartels could not use energy as a weapon.”  Trump also said, “I want the pipeline built, but I want a piece of the profits.”  “We're going to make America rich again.” Regulations needed to be reduced according to Trump because the regulations were killing the fossil fuel industry and job creation.  “Under my presidency, we will become completely energy independent,” Trump said as the audience cheered.

U.S. Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D. and Harold Hamm, CEO Continental Resources introduced Donald Trump at the Bismarck Event Center.
